yves De Vos
With 38 years of experience in the banking and institutional sectors, Yves De Vos is an Independent Non-Executive Director at HF Arode.
He began his career at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) in Geneva, before joining UBS Luxembourg S.A., where he was appointed Head of Wealth Management Benelux. In 1993, he joined VP Bank (Luxembourg) S.A., where he served as Chairman of the Executive Committee for over 20 years. Since 2015, he has held various independent directorships in financial institutions.
Yves holds a law degree (Lic. Iuris) from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Master’s in European Studies from the University of Geneva, reflecting both legal and international foundations.
Anthony Galliers-Pratt
Anthony Galliers-Pratt is a Director at HF Arode with over 43 years of experience in equities and asset management.
He began his career at W.I. Carr (Overseas) Ltd, later holding key roles at SBCI, BZW, and SBC Warburg. In 2007, he founded Hereford Funds, a Luxembourg-based SICAV that offers a diverse range of global investment strategies, where he also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Anthony Galliers-Pratt holds a degree from the University of Southern California.
Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in the supervision and development of investment strategies. Beyond his professional commitments, he supports environmental conservation as a trustee of the Queenswood Coronation Fund, which aids in managing the Queenswood Arboretum in Herefordshire.
Enrico Mela
With over 32 years of experience in the financial industry, Enrico Mela is CEO and Conducting Officer of HF Arode since June 2024.
Prior to joining Arode, he held several senior leadership roles in Luxembourg, including CEO of Bellatrix Asset Management S.A., General Manager at EFG Fund Management S.A., Managing Director at VP Fund Solutions S.A., and COO at RBS (Luxembourg) S.A.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Perugia.
JASPER DE RAADT
With nearly 30 years of experience in wealth management and investment, Jasper de Raadt currently serves as Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner at Arode. Jasper is also Chairman of the Board at HF Arode
He began his career in finance in 1998 at Puilaetco (Switzerland) SA, where he managed private clients for over six years. In 2004, he joined Ferrier Lullin & Cie SA as Associate Director, before moving to Degroof Petercam (Switzerland) SA in 2007.
There, he first served as Head of Private Banking, then as Chief Investment Officer and Executive Committee member until 2020, playing an active role in the bank’s development with an international client base.
Jasper holds a degree in International Management from ESM School of Management and Communication in Geneva.
CÉDRIC ROLAND-GOSSELIN
CO-FONDATEUR
With 27 years of experience in banking and private wealth management, Cédric Roland-Gosselin is Managing Partner at Arode which he founded in 2020, where he oversees strategic operations and development of clients. He is also Chairman of the Board at HF Arode, contributing his strategic expertise and international experience to the group’s growth.
He began his career as Head of Private Wealth Management at ING France, then joined ING Luxembourg S.A. as Head of Private Banking, a role he held for over six years. He then continued his career at Banque Degroof Petercam (Switzerland), which he led for ten years. He played a key role in developing the bank’s private banking offering in the Swiss market.
Cédric holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain and earned a financial analysis certification in 2000.
Guillermo Viladomiu
With over 32 years of experience in the private banking, asset management, and investment sectors, Guillermo Viladomiu joins HF Arode as an independent member of the board of directors.
He began his career in private banking at Santander Investment before joining Banque Degroof, where he co-founded and held the position of director of Suma Capital EGECR, SA. He then continued his career as a board member of Degroof Petercam SGIIC, before being appointed CEO of Bank Degroof Petercam Spain, a position he held for several years.
A graduate in Economics from the University of Barcelona, he furthered his education with an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona.
In addition to his role at HF Arode, he currently collaborates with Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG’s branch in Spain, as an external collaborator. He is also a board member of the publishing house Editorial Edebe and the founder of Net Mentora Catalunya, where he acts as a mentor and advisor to entrepreneurs.
Bernard de Jonghe d'Ardoye
With 28 years of experience, Bernard de Jonghe d’Ardoye joined HF Arode as a Conducting Officer.
He started his career in the Wealth Management department of CBC Bank in Brussels, managing mutual fund marketing. He then joined BNP Paribas Luxembourg, overseeing the Benelux market for wealth structuring. He later became Manager of Wealth Analysis & Planning at ING Luxembourg, and then held roles as Director of Estate Planning at Petercam Luxembourg, Puilaetco Luxembourg, and Degroof Petercam Luxembourg.
He holds a law degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain, furthered his studies in tax management at Solvay Business School – Université Libre de Bruxelles, and also studied at Universität Wien under the Erasmus program.

Dominik Ost
PORTFOLIO MANAGER
With 32 years of experience in portfolio management, Dominik Ost is a Portfolio Manager at HF Arode.
Before joining HF Arode, he worked at Degroof Petercam Luxembourg as a Portfolio Manager, responsible for discretionary portfolio management.
Dominik holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Ghent, Belgium. Outside of his professional activities, he is passionate about classical music and plays second horn in a symphony orchestra, balancing artistic discipline with professional precision.
Ahmet Cakir
RISK MANAGER
With 9 years of experience in risk management and financial services, Ahmet Cakir is Risk Manager at HF Arode.
Before joining HF Arode, he worked at the University of Trier, and in independent management companies (AIFM) as well as Big Four firms, gaining experience in valuation and risk management.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, a Master of Science in Economics from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, and a Research Master in Economics and Finance from the University of Luxembourg.
Andrea Ciappa

Andrea Ciappa a rejoint HF Arode en tant que Compliance & Risk Support Officer.
Il a précédemment travaillé chez Bellatrix Asset Management, où il a pu consolider ses premières expériences.
Andrea est titulaire d’un Bachelor of Science en Économie obtenu à l’Università La Sapienza di Roma. Il poursuit actuellement un Master of Science en Finance & Economics à l’Université du Luxembourg.
